General FAQs

Questions about protection tools and platform use

Yes, your deposit limit takes effect as soon as it's set. Go to "Responsible Gaming" in your account settings, where you can choose a daily, weekly, or monthly limit.

Once a limit is set, you won't be able to deposit beyond it for that period — the system blocks it automatically. The important thing to note is Increasing your limit isn't instant — For your protection, increasing a limit takes 24–72 hours to take effect. However, reducing a limit applies immediately.

Loss Limit works the same way — once you've lost a set amount, the system won't allow any further bets. If you set a Session Time Limit, a pop-up warning will appear when the time is up, giving you the option to end the session.

11xx Bet is built primarily with Bangladeshi users in mind, which is why Bangla is the default language. However, you can change the language at any time through the settings menu in the app.

To change the language:

  • Tap the profile icon at the top right of the app
  • Go to the "Settings" option
  • Click on the "Language / ভাষা" section
